We are Half Way to Our Goal!
Mask Donations Accepted at City Hall
The residents of Weston are hard at work as a total of 4,090 fabric masks have been donated to Cleveland Clinic Florida. Keep them coming and help us reach our goal of 10,000 masks. Click below to learn more on how you can help.
It's Not Too Late to Be Counted
Complete Your Census Today
It is critical to fill out the census to provide necessary funding for the next 10 years. The census self-response rate of the City of Weston is 70.5 %, but we lag behind Parkland and Cooper City. We can do better!

Help us ensure that 100% of Weston is counted by filling out the census online, over the phone, or the paper form.
The New Weston Way
Physical distancing and facial coverings (some exceptions apply) will be required as part of the New Weston Way. And while some parks are now open for some much-needed fresh air and outdoor activities, Weston’s Safer at Home order is still in effect. It is important that all of our new guidelines are followed in order for us to continue the phased reopening process.

Now Open: Bonaventure Park
Bonaventure Park is finished and is now open for passive use only. Located at 520 Racquet Club Road, Weston's much anticipated newest park offers many amenities that cannot be used yet due to the current Emergency Orders that are in effect.

Heading out to the park? Remember that playgrounds, restrooms, water fountains, basketball courts and outdoor exercise equipment are closed at all city parks that are open (Regional, Vista and Tequesta Trace Park remain closed.) Park hours are 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Virtual Karate Lessons
Although the Weston Community Center is closed, virtual classes are available. Build confidence and self-esteem by learning Karate. For ages six and older, the youth and adult karate classes will take place on Facebook Live on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Weston Tennis Center is Now Open
The Weston Tennis Center, located at 16451 Racquet Club Road, is open. During the month of May, get back on the court and fine tune your skills with professional staff by taking private lessons. But that’s not all, sign up for the summer membership special between May 1 and June 30 and receive free initiation, a saving of $300. Stay active with the Weston Tennis Center.
Weston Tennis Center Improvements
As part of planned improvements to our recreational facilities, the Weston Tennis Center will be renovated to include some new racquet sports - pickleball and paddleball, in addition to other enhancements.

Lakes and Canals in Weston
The water bodies within Weston are an integral part of the City's stormwater management system. Weston's lakes were built for water retention - they contain stormwater runoff and they are were not built to recreational standards. As such, swimming and boating is prohibited by City Ordinance. The lake edge drop-offs can be steep and the middle of lakes are as deep as 40 feet.
Hurricane Season is Here
We don't have a choice, hurricane season is coming, ready or not. While we are staying at home, now is the perfect time to make an evacuation plan, take inventory of disaster supplies, check your insurance and strengthen your home.
