Hike the Trails
Hiking can be a great way to get outdoors and explore! Some of the best hiking our parks have to offer can be found at O’Leno State Park, where there are 18 natural communities to discover along its trails. You can find sinkholes, flatwoods, sandhills, and creeks as you make your way through the park and walk alongside the Santa Fe River. Then, take a step back in time by crossing over the river on a landmark of the park: the unique wooden suspension bridge built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in the 1930s! | |
