Bronx Zoo

fennec fox

Wait, did you go all summer without meeting even one fennec fox or porcupine? Oh no!

Well, not to worry. There's still time to book a Bronx Zoo Virtual Meet & Greet! There are two more chances to meet some spiny or furry faces this summer:

Did you know that some porcupine species are covered in about 30,000 quills?
Click here to connect with a porcupine on Sunday, August 29th at 4PM EST.

Did you know that the fennec fox is the smallest fox species?
Click here to connect with a fennec fox on Tuesday, August 31st at 4PM EST.

Each encounter will also include two additional surprise animals! You may meet an armadillo, eagle owl, Troody the kangaroo, Amos the pelican, or someone else! You'll find out when they hop, crawl, slither, waddle, or trot onto your screen.

“My children absolutely loved the wild encounter!”
