Thursday, October 15, 2020
Today, the City Manager amended Phase 3 Emergency Measures to be consistent with the County's Emergency Order 30-20, as amended, and the Governor's Executive Order 20-244.

Effective October 16, 2020, this amendment deletes the requirement that businesses consent to inspections and submit compliance plans after violating this Order.

Traffic Advisory - Tonight!
There will be a complete closure of the MacArthur Causeway (I-395), both eastbound and westbound starting tonight at approximately 7 p.m. through 11 p.m. due to an event with the President in the City of Miami. These times are subject to change.

We encourage you to use the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) or the 79 Street Causeway to enter or exit the City of Miami Beach. Residents of Palm, Hibiscus, Star, and Fisher Islands may return home via the westbound MacArthur Causeway. Any residents exiting these islands will also be directed eastbound on the MacArthur Causeway. All other traffic must exit the City via the alternate causeways. No exceptions will be made.
