6 Street Zoning Overlay Public Meeting Monday, December 19 at 5:30 p.m. The City of Miami Beach will host a hybrid public meeting to discuss the proposed 6 Street zoning overlay. This overlay, which includes C-PS2 zoned properties between 5 and 6 streets, from Euclid Avenue to Alton Road, is intended to provide a zoning and land use buffer along the south side of 6 Street in order to protect the scale, character and context of the residential area north of 6 Street and resident quality of life. City staff will be present to discuss the proposed overlay and answer any questions from members of the public. Please note, one or more members of the City Commission may be in attendance.
