MIAMI, FL. (June 16, 2022) – Miami Fashion Week® made its return to in-person shows celebrating its 22nd edition by bringing the fashion scene back to Miami during its weeklong events. From Tuesday, May 31, 2022, through Sunday, June 5, 2022, this year’s shows took place at Miami’s most iconic venues, featuring internationally acclaimed designers and special guest brand Missoni. The events combined fashion, culture, art, sustainability, and more. Many designers, industry experts, celebrities, and influencers attended the events held at the Nader Museum. World-renowned designers Benito Santos, Angel Sanchez, Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, and Rene by RR showcased their latest collections amongst the priceless art at the Nader Museum ‘Botero Immersed’ exhibition on Thursday, June 2, and Friday, June 3. These collections were showcased in an art world gem filled with the most extensive Fernando Botero collection, a first for a fashion week. With over 1200 works of art from over 150+ crucial modern and contemporary masters, the Nader Museum is dedicated to showcasing a myriad of acclaimed art that fosters knowledge through a continuous process of appreciation and reinterpretation of modern and contemporary art from Latin America and its diaspora.
