La mayoría de las escuelas del país dictó clases de forma virtual (en línea) durante el último año escolar. Por ello es importante que los niños que regresan al sistema de clases presenciales durante estas semanas cuenten con el apoyo de sus padres para que la transición no sea tan difícil. Estas son algunas medidas que puede tomar para facilitar el reingreso de sus hijos a las clases presenciales: Hable con los maestros: averigüe si la escuela de sus hijos ofrece la opción de que los padres hablen, por videollamada o por teléfono, con los maestros para aclarar dudas. Comuníquese con otros padres: si conoce a otros padres que tengan niños en la misma escuela o programa, hable con ellos y hagan planes en conjunto para que sus hijos se sientan más cómodos con el apoyo de otros compañeros en su escuela. Asegúrese de que sus hijos tengan una rutina diaria con horarios regulares: tener el cuerpo descansado y tener una rutina establecida en la casa ayuda a los niños a sentirse mejor en la escuela. Trate de mantener la calma: los padres también pueden estar estresados con el regreso a clases presenciales, pero usted debe mantener la calma para transmitirles seguridad a sus hijos. De ser necesario, busque ayuda profesional: si su hijo presenta síntomas de ansiedad o problemas de comportamiento persistentes, busque ayuda con un profesional de la salud mental.
