El Estimador de Retención de Impuestos actualizado, ahora disponible en IRS.gov, incorpora los cambios del nuevo Formulario W-4 (SP), Certificado de Retenciones del Empleado, que los empleados pueden completar y entregar a sus empleadores este año. El IRS insta a todos a ver si necesitan ajustar su retención a través del Estimador de Retención de Impuestos para realizar una revisión de sus cheques de pago. Si se necesita un ajuste, el Estimador ofrece recomendaciones específicas acerca de cómo completar el Formulario W-4 (SP) en línea de su empleador o proporciona el formulario PDF con partes clave completadas. Leon County Now Accepting Grant Applications for Sports Events  

In an ongoing effort to promote tourism and support events that bring out-of-town visitors to the area, the Leon County Division of Tourism (Visit Tallahassee) is now accepting applications for its 2019-2020 Sports Events Grants.

Eligible event(s) must take place between March 6 and Sept. 30, 2020 and have a history of or significant potential for attracting visitors to the area who stay overnight in commercial lodging.

The Sports Event Grant Program is administered by the Leon County Tourist Development Council and designated advisory groups, including the Tallahassee Sports Council. U.S. Census Bureau Unveils 2020 Census Ads JAN. 14, 2020 — The U.S. Census Bureau today shared highlights of a $500 million public education and outreach campaign featuring more than 1,000 ads designed to reach 99% of all U.S. households and communicate the importance of responding to the 2020 Census. The Census Bureau conducted extensive research to create the “Shape Your Future. Start Here.” campaign to show that responding to the census is easy, safe, and important.
