Short-Term Vacation Rental License Renewals Late fees apply after September 30, 2019. Time is running out to renew your Short-Term Vacation Rental License. All renewals should be submitted by September 30, 2019 to avoid late fees. Documents may be submitted online through your portal account.   Required Documents for Renewals Current and active DBPR Transient Public Lodging Establishment License Current and active Certificate of Registration with Florida Department of Revenue Current and active Liability Insurance Advertisements of the vacation rental property must display the City of Sunny Isles Beach approved vacation rental license number (STR-00000) *Any changes to responsible party or the property owner will require a new license. Incomplete applications will be denied. Owner or responsible parties will receive an email of missing documentation.    Fees Fees are paid by credit card online: Local Business Tax Receipt - $100 Short-Term Vacation Rental License - $300 Late Vacation Rental License Payment Fee - $50 (*beginning October 1) Renewal fees are paid after the application is reviewed and approved. Fees charged by the Planning & Zoning Department for Short-Term Vacation Rental Licenses, pursuant to Resolution 2019-2957, are non-refundable.   Renew Online After you have all of the required documents, you may submit your renewal application online through your portal account. Plan País para llevar a Venezuela al progreso  fue presentado en Miami

La propuesta de Plan País impulsada por el gobierno interino de Juan Guaido fue presentada este en Miami por su embajador designado en Estados Unidos, Carlos Vecchio, quien junto a un panel de expertos, aseguraron que con este Plan País, se recuperará el Estado venezolano para ponerlo al servicio de su gente, mediante la estabilización de la economía, la atención inmediata de la emergencia humanitaria, la reactivación de la industria petrolera y garantizando la seguridad ciudadana integral, entre otras prioridades.   Miami.- Con una concurrida asistencia de venezolanos, se llevó a cabo la presentación de Plan País el pasado viernes 20 de septiembre en el James Knight Center de Miami, para comunicar a la diáspora venezolana parte de la propuesta que logrará recuperar al país y empoderará nuevamente a los venezolanos como nación próspera y libre ante el mundo. Este plan, fue presentado por un grupo de expertos panelistas que ha trabajado junto al presidente Juan Guaidó para garantizar que no haya ningún tipo de improvisación al momento de implementarlo en el país, hecho que ocurrirá, a partir de las siguientes noventa horas del cese de la usurpación de Nicolás Maduro. El Plan País, abarcó dos grandes aspecto en este evento que fueron: la seguridad y el aspecto macro-económico, los cuales fueron explicados detalladamente desde su proceso de transición hasta su ejecución final por los siguientes expertos: Darío Ramírez, coordinador internacional de Plan País, Alejandro Grisanti, economista designado para el plan de macroeconomía, Alejandro Plaz, comisionado para el desarrollo económico por el Presidente Juan Guaidó y David Smolansky , designado para asuntos de seguridad ciudadana de Plan País. Juntos plantearon los detalles estratégicos de un conglomerado de acciones en las áreas de la economía y la emergencia humanitaria, que contempla el acceso a los bienes y servicios, el abastecimiento en general, atención al sector salud, promoción de empleos para reivindicar el ingreso familiar, reactivación de la industria petrolera, acceso a los servicios públicos de calidad, seguridad ciudadana y seguridad jurídica para generar nuevamente la confianza de inversionistas en el país, entre otras prioridades. El plan está diseñado para resolver en lo inmediato la fuerte crisis alimentaria que sufren los ciudadanos de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. “La construcción de Venezuela requiere del esfuerzo de nuestros hermanos venezolanos en cualquier parte del mundo y tenemos que sentirnos orgullosos de ser venezolanos y de todo lo que estamos logrando en alianza con otros países para ejercer la presión necesaria para alcanzar la libertad y la recuperación de Venezuela. Three South Florida small business owners will be honored at the economic development nonprofit organization’s signature fundraising event for their business growth, excellence and economic impact after receiving professional services from Prospera.
