Americas is a non-profit organization, created in 2001, with the purpose of aiding in the acclimation of the Hispanic immigrant. Our Mission We are a non-profit, multiracial and multicultural organization with corporate social responsibility, that supports immigrants both in their professional, social, and family life, as well as legal issues aiding in adaptation to the life in South Florida. Our Vision Americas Community Center will be a sustainable organization that will contribute to human, social and economic development within the immigrant community of South Florida through the competencies of our collaborators and our strategic alliances, assuring the quality and applicability of our successful experiences. Hispanic Heritage Celebration Saturday, September 21 & Sunday, September 22 Celebrate Hispanic Heritage in Sunny Isles Beach with two exciting events showcasing art, music and culture! Concert in the Park  Saturday, September 21 7 pm - 9 pm Heritage Park, 19200 Collins Avenue We are kicking off our Hispanic Heritage Celebration with a concert at Heritage Park. Immerse yourself in popular and traditional music featuring vocalist Mimi J, Voces de America, Flamenco Express, and La Noche. Vendors will have food available for purchase. Admission is free. Free parking available in the Heritage Park garage and under the William Lehman Causeway. The SIBshuttle will provide free transportation within Sunny Isles Beach.  Art & Culture Showcase Sunday, September 22 5 pm - 8 pm Heritage Park, 19200 Collins Avenue Experience the rich and diverse culture of our South Florida community on this second day of the Hispanic Heritage Celebration. Enjoy an exciting art and culture showcase featuring singing, dancing, and performances from some of our local talent! Vendors will have food available for purchase. This event is free with free parking available in the Heritage Park garage and under the William Lehman Causeway.
